This is the new work of Simon Landrein. It looks like they are details of digital art put under a cartoon microscope. The narrative structure is very funny and strange at the same time. Oh! Don't forget the dot textures… I like it a lot!

Now this is my kind o’ porcelain collection although I don't seem to have anything like it at home. These gorgeous plates are the work of Belgian artist Jan De Vliegher. The moment I saw his work I was totally in love with the simple subject-matter, the loose brush strokes – that strangely provide so much detail… And the scale. Oh, the scale!
