Videogioco is a fascinating animation by Donato Sansone. He uses slick finger action on a room sized assembly of flip as his violent, comic book struggle between rivals erupts all over the place. Videogioco is clever and absorbing both, the notes still left on the sketches to add to the homespun craft of it all. Really interesting.

Crazy drawings. Crazy beautiful, meticulous drawings by Robert Lansden
I didn’t know that a person could do this with graphite, pen, and/or gouache…
I remember as a child spending hours on a spirograph, drawing lines and circles like these. Oops… Am I aging myself with that reference? Not only are his tiny little perfect lines beautiful, his colors and compositions are stunning.
I got crazy when I found all of the mesmerizing circles.

Prestigious pills' obsession. Designer Drugs by Desire Obtain Cherish.
These are sculptures of blister packs of pills with recognizable logos from such luxury brands as Hermés, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton.
His work, though often controversial, is always engaging, and explores contemporary obsessions with sex, drugs, celebrity and fame.
If you get this, I'm sure you'll have a lifetime of smiles.

I love comic books!
And I love Ruben Nieto's comic explosions painting textures. A way of mixing comic culture and modern art.
I'm sure you'll be able to recognize something with your eyes half-open or half-closed…
or maybe you won't!
